HomeWell Senior Care Twin Cities is a family run non-medical Senior Home Care agency covering the Twin Cities Metro area. We were inspired to start a senior home care business because of our beloved mother and grand-mother, Bernice, and her struggles to maintain her independence while living with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis for 77 years. We choose to join the HomeWell family because of their caring culture; placing the clients needs first.

Leonard Jacobsen has over 36 years of experience with an electric utility company, providing project planning and customer service to commercial and residential customers. Patricia Jacobsen has an accounting and administrative background. She has worked and volunteered at a Senior High Rise complex. Part of her job responsibilities were to spend time with the seniors; listening, helping with small tasks, and just enjoying their company. Len and Pat have been married for 39 years. Emily Jacobsen, Pat & Len's daughter-in-law, has a background in Administration, Project Management, Customer Service and Marketing.

We are excited to serve Seniors and their families in our community. We help Seniors maintain their lifestyle and dignity by aiding them in their day-to-day activities, as well as provide companionship, transportation and respite care. Our caring and experienced Companions and Personal Assistants support seniors as they age gracefully and safely at home.
