HomeWell Senior Care in Anchorage is a family run in-home care agency. We began our business here as a result of a personal experience with a family member who needed care. We gained appreciation for the challenges families face and the need for a more professional approach to providing the service needed to meet their needs.
Care management is accomplished by experienced and mature RN's and other office personnel with significant experience working with elders and the challenges they and their loved ones face. Care managers create individualized care plans for the clients and update them as needed. Timesheets are created from the care plan, assuring the care is provided as directed in the care plan.
We value our elders and seek to provide the best care
available. In order to accomplish this, we provide quality assurance visits and call our clients routinely for input.
We screen and orient our employees to hire and maintain the best personal assistants available in the business. We value our field employees and work to let them know of that appreciation consistently.
Our office staff works as a team to provide our Alaska Seniors with the best care possible.
